The City is developing innovative new ways to attract new businesses to Lancaster. We’re working on ways to defer fees and streamline processes to make it even easier to do business in one of LA County’s Most Business-Friendly cities. We’ve also created a special Broker Bonus program which provides incentives to commercial and industrial real estate brokers who lease or sell an existing vacant building in town.
